    Every intern will be assigned an experienced tutor by MGCC as a coach who will help you better understand our corporate culture, enabling you to adapt to the new environment as quickly as possible. The tutor will guide you in improving your performance by providing coaching and feedback.

    By the end of every project, project manager will assess the performance of every participant, so that everyone gets chances to learn new skills or to improve existing ones.

  • Core Team System£º

    Employees with at least two-year working experience in MGCC are qualified to apply for candidates of the Core Team. The finalists will be decided by vote by all firm partners and existing members of the Core Team.
